PANDAWA BEACH @ Uluwatu

Every so often in Bali, a new "secret beach" is discovered. Somewhere that no one knows about, and away from the crowd. Panadawa Beach is THE secret beach of the moment. Located in the Kutuh Village, around 3km from Nusa Dua and Uluwatu Temple, this beach was previously inaccessible from the main roads. Recently the government carved a new road from the white limestone topography, and created the breathtaking drive to the beach. In the approach to the beach, these limestone hills statues of Pandawa characters from the Mahabaratha myth are placed in holes cut into the limestone, such as Yudhistira / Dharmawangsa, Bima, Arjuna, Nakula, and Sahadewa. This is where Pandawa Beach got it's name.

Hushhh! Still not many people know about this place. Enjoy this white sand clear water beach while you can - before it gets infested with loads of tourists ..
